AMY SANDERS, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
NURSE PRACTITIONER & FOUNDER
Amy is a highly skilled healthcare practitioner with over a decade of experience in the medical field. Renowned for her expertise, Amy is an instructor for cosmetic injectables and a sought-after BioTE® Hormone Replacement provider in the DFW area.
Amy earned her Master of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Indianapolis in 2018, becoming a certified Nurse Practitioner shortly thereafter. She previously completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Purdue University and spent seven years as a traveling Registered Nurse. This role allowed her to work in various hospital systems, treating diverse patient populations and gaining a wealth of experience in different treatment modalities.
Before opening her clinic, Amy specialized in family practice and received additional training in hormone therapy, surgical and medical dermatology, and cosmetic procedures. Her diverse background and dedication to patient care have made her a trusted professional in the field.
Amy is an active member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her commitment to excellence and passion for patient care make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling and making memories with her husband and twin daughters. At home, she keeps busy wrangling two giant-breed dogs and one delightfully chaotic orange kitten.
MICHELLE PALCIC, L.E.
LASER SPECIALIST
Michelle is a state licensed Clinical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist with over 22 years experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, laser treatments, skin care, and non surgical body sculpting.
Her extensive background in aesthetic medicine has allowed her to work with some of the most renowned physicians and professionals in the field.
Michelle has been a regional trainer for laser procedures as well as being part of FDA studies for new and emerging technologies. Michelle has donated her time and skills to the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors as part of their Image Enhancement Team and has been involved with the World Burn Congress for many years.
Michelle has authored several published articles for Allergan and SkinMedica and remains actively involved in expanding her knowledge regarding the most cutting edge technologies for non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Originally from Ohio, Michelle has called Texas home since 2005 and spends her free time with her two daughters, her partner, her dogs and friends.
ASHTON MINTER
BUSINESS & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ashton is a management-focused professional with extensive experience leading operations across property management, construction, and landscape services. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Texas Christian University.
In her previous role as Assistant Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company, she supported the performance of two downtown Dallas properties through strong tenant relations, operational oversight, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
She previously co-founded a landscape and construction company, where she led teams, managed budgets, coordinated multiple projects, and successfully navigated the business through a partner buyout. Her hands-on leadership approach, operational expertise, and ability to build strong professional relationships have contributed to a consistent track record of driving efficient, high-performing operations.
Outside of her professional career, she enjoys spending time at her ranch, where she can unwind and enjoy the outdoors with her dog and cat.
DR. JOSHUA EVANS, D.O.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Joshua Evans earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas before receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Resident.
With a strong clinical background and a commitment to exceptional patient care, Dr. Evans provides medical oversight for Dallas Refined while supporting the practice’s focus on helping patients look and feel their best.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Evans enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and can often be found on the golf course.
